• SOFTWARE:
  There is a single web-based method for setting up a Software Transfer Agreement (STA) for access to:
  
  • Sequence Walker Programs. This is called the Individual Information package. It is from the Schneider lab. Please Note: Be sure that you have the right computer system and have read the system requirements before requesting the source code of the programs.
  • Delila Server from the Schneider lab.
  • Automated Splice Site Analysis Server from the Rogan lab.

  Those who use Dr. Rogan's servers for non-commercial applications will need to have a valid a Software Transfer Agreement (STA) between their institution and NIH before access is granted. For commercial users, a patent license from NIH will be necessary. Please see the contact information given below for Licenses.

  For non-commercial users, there is just one mechanism is used for getting access to all of these resources. On the form, you will be able to indicate that you need access to Dr. Rogan's server so that I (Tom Schneider) can tell him.

  To set up a Software Transfer Agreement (STA) for access to the web sites and software:
  

  • Go to: the delila server
  • Sign in as a guest to get to the servers page.
  • Go to the agreement page and follow the directions there.
  • There is a detailed online procedure that describes the steps we use to provide access to the Delila Servers: Delila Server Orders

  This method can get you access within 24 hours, if I am able to set you up.
